Worth

Saturn in Sagittarius, 9th house

You count once you’re certain you’re right. So you open one more source, read one more thing, and the view you already had stays unsaid while other people speak.

Before I read a chart

4 questions, always in this order

  1. Worth

What do you think you have to prove before you’re allowed to want more?

  2. Wiring

What actually gets you moving, and what shuts you down?

  3. Wealth

Where does your relationship with money get complicated?

  4. Work

What kind of work makes sense once the other three are on the table?

Pages 5 and 6

Four answers is not one picture.

Most readings hand you your placements one at a time and leave you to assemble them. The assembly is the hardest part, and that’s what I’m here for.

Page 5 is where your 7 placements are read against each other.

Page 6 turns all of it into conditions. What has to be true for you to function, what drains you, what you are good at, and the one contradiction you will be managing for the rest of your working life.

The “What to look for” page of a 4W Reading on a desk beside a coffee, glasses and a pen: what you need, what drains you, what you are reliably good at, and the one contradiction to manage.

Page 6 is the one you can hold up against a job description.

Why there are scars in the name

I left at 30 and started again

I was great at my job. It paid well. And I didn’t want it anymore.

It was hard to say out loud, because who complains about that?

Well, I did, and then I felt guilty about it, which is its own second job.

The harder part came after. I said it and still didn’t know what I’d rather be doing.

I was raised in an abusive home, so I grew up always reading the room. I got very good at clocking what everyone else needed and what they were about to do. I didn’t learn to run that on myself. There wasn’t room to.

So at 30 I started over. Quit the job, moved countries. My own family came after, and they’re what turned it around. Watching how my actions landed on my kids made me look at myself closely.

The Worth excerpt at the top of this page is my own placement. Nothing counts until I can back it up, so there’s always one more book, one more tutorial, never enough. I used to call that a flaw. Now I catch myself and work around it.

Every restart goes faster now, with much less self-criticism, because I know how I work.

That’s the trouble with anything that asks you to look inward. A coach asking what you’re passionate about runs on your own read of you, and the answers come back in your own handwriting.

Your chart doesn’t ask. It was set before you learned to scan a room, and the 4W works from that: 4 answers about your work you didn’t have to come up with.

If you learned to read everyone else before you ever learned to read yourself, hey there! I built this for you.

What it will not do

It does not tell you what to do next.

  • No job title. No timeline. No instruction to leave.
  • It does not ask what is happening in your work right now, so it cannot speak to this month. That is what the Purpose Portrait is for.
  • It will not smooth over the parts of you that contradict each other. That is what page 5 is for.

What you get is an accurate picture of how you work. What you do with it is yours.

A few things people ask

I don’t know my exact birth time.

Tick “I don’t know my birth time” under the time and I’ll set your chart for 12 noon. Each page tells you which parts hold and which are a guess. If you find your time later, the last page has a code for a free redo.

How is this different from the Purpose Portrait?

The 4W reads 7 placements from your birth chart and nothing else. It does not ask where you are right now. The Purpose Portrait does: your whole chart, your Human Design, and 9 questions about your life as it is this month, across 7 chapters. The 4W names how you work. The Portrait tells you what to do with it in the year you are in.

I already know my chart.

Then you will recognise every placement on pages 1 to 4. What you probably have not seen is them read against each other. Page 5 is 4 collisions between your own placements, and that is not something a placement-by-placement reading can produce.

What if I’m brand new to astrology?

It’s written for you either way. No symbols to decode and no glossary. If you know your chart well, you’ll recognise the placements I’m working from.

What if I love it and want more?

Your $17 comes off the Purpose Portrait. The code is on the last page of your reading, and it doesn’t expire.

What if it isn’t what I needed?

Reply to your receipt within 14 days and I’ll refund you.
